Responsibilities
- Check-in/check-out guests efficiently with warm professionalism
- Manage reservations and answer guest inquiries via phone/in-person
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams

- Perform nightly audits and reporting tasks

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
