Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening hours (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Handle reservation systems and coordinate with housekeeping/security teams
- Resolve guest issues promptly and maintain positive relationships
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Uphold strict safety and cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
