Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, friendly table service to 4-6 tables simultaneously during evening hours
- Expertly recommend signature dishes, craft cocktails, and local beverages
- Process orders and payments accurately using POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar teams to ensure seamless service flow
- Maintain spotless dining stations and uphold sanitation standards
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant or hospitality experience
- Availability to work 3-4 evening shifts weekly (5-10 PM)
- Basic food safety certification (ServSafe preferred)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude under pressure during busy rushes
- TAMBA certification (Tennessee Alcohol Beverage Authority) a plus
- Valid Tennessee food handler's card required
