Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service to resort guests during weekend operations
- Manage front desk check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Handle reservations and guest inquiries with professionalism
- Maintain pristine lobby and common area standards
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate when necessary
- Assist with weekend event setup and guest activities
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm shifts)
