Responsibilities
- Execute event setup/breakdown procedures with precision
- Manage guest registration and VIP check-in processes
- Provide exceptional customer service at food/beverage stations
- Monitor crowd flow and enforce venue safety protocols
- Collaborate with team leads during high-energy transitions
- Operate POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Assist with vendor coordination and inventory management
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays & Sundays (8am-8pm shifts)
- Previous hospitality or event experience preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Oregon Food Handler's card (or willing to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to multiple Portland locations
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- 18+ years of age with ability to work evenings
