Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee/espresso beverages
- Engage warmly with customers during peak evening hours
- Maintain pristine cafe cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Handle cash transactions and POS operations accurately
- Support inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with team during busy service rushes
- Adhere to all food safety protocols
Qualifications
- 6+ months food/beverage service experience
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques
- Exceptional customer service orientation
- Availability for evenings (3-11 PM) and weekends
- Reliable transportation to Downtown location
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
