Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Manage reservation systems and waitlist during peak evening hours
- Coordinate with servers to ensure seamless table turnover
- Answer phone inquiries and process new reservations
- Maintain a clean, organized host stand and lobby area
- Handle guest inquiries about menu and specials
- Assist with light bussing and table resetting as needed
Qualifications
- Previous host/hostess or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and efficient during rush periods
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Must be available evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) weekends
- Basic POS system knowledge
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Must be 18+ years old
