Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with warm hospitality and attention to detail
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables during peak evening hours (5 PM - 11 PM)
- Master our seasonal menu and wine pairings to upsell effectively
- Process orders and payments using our state-of-the-art POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless meal execution
- Maintain immaculate table settings and cleanliness standards
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or upscale restaurant experience
- Availability for weekend evenings (Fri-Sun) and holidays
- Knowledge of food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Philadelphia local preferred (public transport access)
