Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues including tents, tables, and decorations
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes with professionalism
- Assist with crowd control and maintain event safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service to attendees and vendors
- Coordinate with event teams to ensure seamless execution
- Handle basic equipment operation and inventory management
- Uphold brand standards and represent clients with excellence
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (6am-10pm shifts)
- Reliable transportation to various event locations in Raleigh
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in varying weather
- Team player with proactive problem-solving mindset
- Must pass background check (provided by employer)
- 18+ years old (alcohol events require TABC certification)
- Flexible schedule with last-minute availability
