Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor to ensure a positive first impression.
- Assist with event registration, ticketing, and check-in processes efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized event space by monitoring high-traffic areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service and answer inquiries regarding event details.
- Support the event team with setup, breakdown, and logistical tasks as needed.
- Represent our client brands with integrity and high energy throughout the duration of the event.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event staffing is a plus but not required.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly attitude are essential.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs).
- Professional appearance and adherence to dress codes.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
