Responsibilities
- Event Representation: Act as the friendly face of our clients, greeting attendees and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Brand Promotion: Distribute marketing materials, samples, and collateral to ensure maximum brand visibility.
- Setup & Teardown: Assist in the efficient setup of booths, tables, and promotional displays before events.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with event attendees, answer questions about the brand, and manage queues effectively.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to client guidelines regarding dress code, behavior, and brand messaging.
- Problem Solving: Address attendee inquiries and resolve minor issues on-site to ensure a smooth experience.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a professional and organized environment throughout the event duration.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available for varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Appearance: Maintained professional appearance and grooming standards.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation to and from event locations in Glendale.
- Experience: Previous event staffing or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Attitude: A high energy level, eagerness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
