Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a smile and professional demeanor.
- Assist with event setup, including decorating, furniture arrangement, and logistics.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of event spaces throughout the shift.
- Guide attendees to various sections of the venue and answer basic questions.
- Assist vendors and event coordinators with crowd control and flow management.
- Monitor the event floor to ensure safety and adherence to protocols.
- Perform light cleaning tasks during breaks and event wrap-up.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (often 4-6 hours).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Reliable transportation to and from the venue.
- Punctuality and a strong work ethic.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (outdoor events).
