Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ customer inquiries daily via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, product, and service issues with 95% first-contact resolution
- Document interactions in CRM with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex escalations
- Meet/exceed weekly KPIs for satisfaction (90%) and efficiency (25+ calls/hr)
- Participate in bi-weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute feedback
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 6+ months customer service experience
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Exceptional communication skills (written/verbal)
