Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor in person and via phone.
- Manage daily store operations, including inventory checks and stock replenishment.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Collaborate with the team to meet weekly sales targets and customer service goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn POS software quickly.
- Reliable transportation to the San Jose location.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
