Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere upon entry to the store.
- Assist customers with product selection, answering inquiries, and providing recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the sales floor remains tidy and appealing.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the floor team to ensure efficient workflow during peak weekend hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management to stock shortages or issues.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 15kg).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
