Responsibilities
- Pack and Prepare Orders: Accurately pack and prepare customer orders for shipment to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts, stocking shelves, and maintaining an organized warehouse area.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure all packaging meets our high standards.
- Operate Equipment: Safely operate basic warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with the weekend shift team to meet daily production targets.
- Keep Area Clean: Maintain a safe and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Communication: Basic English communication skills to follow instructions and interact with team members.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow standard operating procedures and checklists carefully.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
