Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Answer product inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Organize merchandise and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
- Handle customer complaints or issues calmly and effectively.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets.
- Restock inventory and ensure signage is up to date.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality preferred.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light boxes (up to 25lbs).
- Reliable transportation is required.
