Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and store policies.
- Organize merchandise and maintain a clean, safe, and inviting store environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Handle cash deposits and reconcile daily sales reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
