Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers, answering inquiries and resolving issues efficiently with a smile.
- Operate cash registers and point-of-sale systems accurately and securely to process transactions.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policy and customer needs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during evening shifts.
- Uphold safety standards and store policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Availability to work evenings (typically 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for handling transactions.
