Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly, answering questions and providing product recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Restock merchandise and maintain the visual appeal of the sales floor throughout the evening.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Assist with end-of-day closing procedures, including cash handling and inventory counts.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless store operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Must have reliable transportation due to the evening shift schedule.
