Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a welcoming shopping environment.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and gift card transactions.
- Stock shelves and organize displays to company standards, ensuring products are visible and accessible.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, restrooms, and fitting rooms.
- Collaborate with the team to execute visual merchandising directives and promotional events.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with patience and problem-solving skills.
- Assist in inventory management processes and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn POS software quickly.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- A valid state ID and social security card are required for employment.
