Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming shipments in the early morning hours (4 AM - 8 AM)
- Stock shelves, coolers, and display areas with inventory according to planograms
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and proper FIFO compliance
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments in all stock areas
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure smooth operational transitions
- Assist with merchandising and promotional displays as needed
Qualifications
- Availability to work early morning shifts (4 AM - 12 PM)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory and stocking tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Passion for maintaining high standards of store presentation
