Responsibilities
- Unload and process incoming shipments efficiently and accurately
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planograms
- Rotate inventory using FIFO principles to ensure freshness
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment
- Collaborate with overnight crew for seamless store operations
- Participate in inventory audits and stock reconciliation
Qualifications
- Ability to work 4:00 AM - 10:00 AM shifts consistently
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic math and inventory tracking abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
