Responsibilities
- Process & Verify Orders: Accurately handle incoming orders and verify inventory to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Customer Communication: Assist customers with inquiries regarding their orders via phone and email.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate digital records and update our CRM system with current information.
- Inventory Control: Assist with stock replenishment and organization of warehouse areas.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the morning shift team to ensure seamless handovers.
- Quality Assurance: Perform routine checks to ensure all work meets Apex's high standards.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; college students encouraged to apply.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and evenings as needed.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn internal software quickly.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a focus on safety and accuracy.
