Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and stage merchandise for shipment using warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification training provided).
- Perform daily inventory cycle counts and spot checks to maintain high accuracy rates.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve order discrepancies and optimize workflow efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly work area at all times.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during peak delivery windows.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or retail environment is a plus.
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts and night hours as required.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
