Responsibilities
- Operational Execution: Efficiently process incoming orders and prepare shipments during peak weekend hours.
- Quality Assurance: Verify accuracy in inventory counts, packing lists, and shipping documentation to minimize errors.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the night shift crew and cross-functional departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with all safety protocols and OSHA standards.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse equipment as required.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work nights and weekends consistently.
- Experience: Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory; we train motivated candidates.
- Reliability: Strong track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Communication: Basic computer literacy and strong verbal communication skills.
