Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of customer inquiries via phone and email during night shifts.
- Process and verify customer orders with precision and speed.
- Assist in resolving complex issues and escalating tickets when necessary.
- Perform routine data entry and maintain accurate digital records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and quality assurance standards.
- Provide exceptional support to ensure high customer retention rates.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and Nights (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable home internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in using computer software and web-based tools.
