Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during peak weekend night hours (Friday-Sunday 10 PM - 6 AM)
- Safely manage venue operations including lighting, sound, and crowd control
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash accountability
- Monitor security protocols and respond swiftly to guest inquiries or incidents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless venue transitions
- Complete detailed shift reports and maintain facility cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old with valid state ID and reliable transportation
- Previous customer service or security experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to changing schedules
- Basic POS system familiarity or willingness to learn
