Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational tasks and assist in inventory management during the night shift.
- Monitor facility security and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for staff and assets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to visitors and clients arriving during evening hours.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of daily activities and logs.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of operations.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of shipments and materials as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Must be available to work evening shifts and weekends on a consistent basis.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to operate standard office equipment.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are mandatory.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
