Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support and assistance to clients during evening and weekend shifts.
- Manage and process incoming inquiries and orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform data entry and administrative tasks to keep our records up to date.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace for staff and visitors.
- Identify and escalate potential issues to management in a timely manner.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and basic computer operations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while remaining punctual.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new processes quickly.
