Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening hours (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Process incoming data entries and maintain accurate digital records.
- Monitor system alerts and respond to critical issues with urgency and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operational handovers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work rotating evening shifts and weekends.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
