Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Manage incoming calls and inquiries during evening shifts with a focus on high-quality service.
- Shift Operations: Assist in daily warehouse or office operations as assigned during evening hours.
- Documentation: Accurately record data, logs, and transactions in our management systems.
- Inventory Assistance: Support inventory checks and stock organization during off-peak times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with day-shift supervisors to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Adherence: Strictly follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve routine operational issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) and weekends.
- Experience: Previous experience in logistics, customer service, or retail is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with computers and standard software.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
