Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist guests with inquiries and event navigation
- Manage venue operations including ticket verification, seating coordination, and crowd control
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across assigned event zones
- Process transactions and manage cash handling procedures accurately
- Assist with setup and breakdown of event spaces according to specifications
- Document guest feedback and operational insights for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours (primarily Saturdays & Sundays)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse audiences
- Basic cash handling and point-of-sale system proficiency
- Physical stamina for standing/walking during extended shifts
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass background check and drug screening
