Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service at high-profile events and venues
- Manage guest flow and ensure venue safety protocols
- Process transactions using POS systems and handle cash
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and inventory management
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and maintain a positive atmosphere
- Collaborate with security and event management teams
- Uphold brand standards and cleanliness guidelines
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Available evenings (5 PM - 2 AM) and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling
