Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service in resort lobby and common areas
- Manage check-in/check-out processes for weekend guests
- Assist with event setup and guest inquiries during peak hours

- Maintain resort cleanliness standards and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Availability to work weekends (Sat/Sun) and holidays
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Basic computer literacy and POS system knowledge
