Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences during weekend corporate events and private functions
- Manage guest check-ins, coat checks, and venue navigation with professionalism
- Coordinate with vendors and staff to ensure seamless event execution
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with venue setup, breakdown, and cleanliness maintenance
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Weekend availability (Saturdays & Sundays) with flexible scheduling
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid California driver's license (preferred)
