Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, friendly table service to all guests while maintaining knowledge of menu items and specials
- Process orders accurately and efficiently through our POS system
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
- Manage table turnover and maintain clean, well-stocked dining stations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Assist with opening/closing duties including side work and sanitation
- Contribute to a positive team culture through collaboration and communication
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize during peak hours
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler certification or willingness to obtain
- Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional guest service
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods
