Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with warm professionalism and attention to detail
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables during peak shifts while maintaining accuracy
- Process orders and payments using our modern POS system with precision
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen/bar staff for seamless table turnover
- Upsell premium menu items and craft cocktails to enhance guest experience
- Adhere to strict food safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with diplomacy
- Contribute to daily side work and station maintenance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year high-volume restaurant server experience required
- Valid California Food Handler Card (or obtain within 30 days)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift 30 lbs regularly
- Proficiency with modern POS systems (Toast/Revel preferred)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
