Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient table service during evening shifts (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Manage order accuracy and timely food/beverage delivery
- Process payments and maintain cash handling procedures
- Ensure dining area cleanliness and table turnover efficiency
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling
