Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with warm professionalism during evening/weekend hours
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and organized presentation of service areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve concerns
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols

Qualifications
- No prior experience necessary – full training provided
- Availability to work weekends and evenings (Fri-Sun, 4 PM-11 PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle light physical tasks
- Basic math skills for transaction handling
- Reliable transportation to downtown Charlotte location
