Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to weekend guests and visitors
- Manage cash handling and POS transactions with precision
- Ensure venue cleanliness and safety standards throughout shifts
- Collaborate with team members to maintain seamless operations
- Assist with event setup and breakdown during evening functions
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues
- Adhere to all alcohol service compliance regulations
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old (21+ for alcohol service roles)
- Flexible availability for evenings (5 PM - 1 AM) and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to downtown Nashville
