Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests during weekend shifts
- Assist with check-in/check-out processes and manage guest inquiries
- Operate point-of-sale systems for food/beverage transactions
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas and guest facilities
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Upsell resort amenities and promotional packages to guests
- Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Fri-Sat-Sun)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Basic computer proficiency and cash handling experience
- Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
- Nevada gaming license (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous hospitality experience a plus
