Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekend shifts
- Manage guest inquiries, reservations, and check-in/check-out processes
- Operate POS systems and process payments accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas
- Assist with event setup and special guest accommodations
- Resolve guest complaints with professionalism and empathy
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability for Friday/Saturday evenings and Sundays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Basic computer literacy and POS system familiarity
- Valid Georgia driver's license (if required for errands)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
