Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service during evening and weekend peak hours
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables while maintaining high service standards
- Process orders and payments using our modern POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar teams for seamless guest experiences
- Upsell premium menu items and specialty beverages
- Maintain pristine dining area and sanitation protocols
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and poise
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months restaurant server experience
- Availability for Friday/Saturday evening shifts (4pm-12am)
- California Food Handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of wine/beer service preferred
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
