Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service during evening and weekend shifts
- Prepare and present food/beverage orders with precision and artistry
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve service concerns proactively
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless operations
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across all service areas
- Process payments accurately using POS systems
- Upsell premium menu items and beverage selections
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant/hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability for evenings (5 PM - 1 AM) and weekends
- Valid NYC Food Handler's Certification
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
