Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service at resort pools, restaurants, and recreational facilities
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Assist with event setup and breakdown for weekend functions
- Ensure facility cleanliness and safety standards are consistently met
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and local area knowledge
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless operations
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm shifts)
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Basic POS system proficiency and cash handling skills
- Strong communication abilities and problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to work efficiently in outdoor Phoenix climate conditions
- Must pass background check and possess valid Arizona ID
