Responsibilities
- Deliver premium guest services at weekend festivals and private events
- Manage guest check-ins, ticket scanning, and venue access control
- Coordinate with vendors and security teams for seamless operations
- Assist with venue setup and breakdown during shift hours
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and cultural awareness
- Monitor event spaces for safety and cleanliness standards
- Support VIP guest experiences as needed
Qualifications
- Must be available for both Saturday and Sunday shifts (6am-10pm)
- 1+ years customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Valid Maryland driver's license for venue transportation
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible schedule availability during peak event seasons
- Basic POS system knowledge
