Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Maintain clean and organized workspace including espresso machines and service areas
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash
- Collaborate with team to ensure seamless store operations during peak hours
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies
- Uphold strict food safety and hygiene standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista or customer service experience preferred
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn advanced brewing techniques
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in busy settings
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and early mornings
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
