Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee/espresso drinks using premium beans and techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Operate POS systems, process payments, and maintain accurate cash handling
- Uphold strict sanitation standards for equipment, surfaces, and food safety
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours while maintaining efficiency
- Support inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Participate in creating seasonal menu items and promotional campaigns
- Contribute to a positive work culture through teamwork and initiative
Qualifications
- 1+ years professional barista experience with espresso machine proficiency
- Extensive knowledge of coffee brewing methods, origins, and flavor profiles
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with multitasking skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with guest-centric approach
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler Certification preferred
