Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures for evening guests using resort management systems
- Handle high-volume phone calls and direct inquiries to appropriate departments
- Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain accurate guest records
- Coordinate with security, housekeeping, and valet services for seamless operations
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Prepare end-of-day reports and secure all sensitive documents
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, Marriott, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid Arizona driver's license (for valet coordination)
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and late nights
